When you collaborate with The Virtuous Circle, we will look at your health through a broad lens seeing it as a wellness wheel with many “spokes” that contribute to overall wellbeing. These “spokes” are things like MOVEMENT, SOCIAL CONNECTIVITY, SPIRITUALITY, and EATING NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS.

We will LISTEN to you as a UNIQUE human to determine where some of your challenges lie and also be with you to CELEBRATE your strengths. When coaching and teaching, we utilize a multi-faceted approach that will help you create realistic, long-term lifestyle changes.

We offer practices and resources to you that will cultivate a greater sense of  inner AWARENESS that may guide you to a more balanced state. When your mind and body are more BALANCED this increases CALM and JOY, and brings you to a healthier place. 

We will not count calories together or push you towards a restrictive diet or lifestyle. We will find strategies that work for you as an individual, at your own pace, being curious, and non-judgmental.
