When you collaborate with The Virtuous Circle, we will look at your health through a broad lens seeing it as a wellness wheel with many spokes that contribute to overall wellbeing like movement, social connectivity, spirituality, and nutrient dense foods. We utilize a multi-faceted approach to help you create realistic, long-term lifestyle changes. We offer practices and resources that cultivate more awareness to help lead your body back to a more balanced state.

We will not count calories together or push you towards a restrictive diet or lifestyle. We will find strategies that work for you as an individual, at your own pace, being curious, and non-judgmental.
